Summary0014248: Check if export of buildStructure translation (Rebuild popup text) is working correctly on windows
DescriptionThe reading of buildStructureTrl.xml files in the Rebuild popup did not work on platforms using non UTF-8 charset by default (See issue 14117). The export code for those files should also be checked if it works correctly on a non UTF-8 platform like windows to see if it produces the files in the correct UTF-8 charset.
Steps To ReproduceUse windows as a platform
Install erp with Spanish localization pack (check that the pack does in the build structure translation file)
Export the translation again and compare all exported files against the ones in the installed modules' folder.
