Summary0014212: Requisition form has the same filter as the Manage requisition form
DescriptionThe purpose of the Requisition form is that users only see their own requisitions (see also explanation on issue 4716 and as per confirmation from Pablo Sarobe).
However, the filter in these two screens are the same, which is incorrect. In the Requisition form the filter field 'Requester' where a whole list of users appear, should be removed.

Steps To ReproduceGo to the requisition form and open the filter window
Proposed Solution1 - Remove Requester from the filter
2 - Add a note to the 'help' function of this screen to indicate that only the user that entered the requisition can see the existence of the requisition

Steps to Test:
*Go to Requistion window and click on Search icon.
*Now the requester field is removed from the search filter.

Root Cause:
*Their is no root cause for this issue.

Impact:
*No impact because of this fix.
