DescriptionIs possible to define an Incoterm without description when it is marked as "description required"
Steps To Reproduce1. As System Administrator go to Application Dictionary || Windows, Tabs, and Fields || Window of Sales Order and show "Incoterms" and "Incoterms Description" fields. Compile.
2. As Openbravo Admin go to Warehouse Management || Transactions || Incoterm || Incoterms and create new record checked as "Description Required" and leaving Description field empty. Save
3. Go to Sales Management || Transactions || Sales Order || Header: create new Standard Order for any BP and select already created Incoterm in combo. Save

You have been able to define and use an Incoterm defines as "Description Required" but without description.

Steps to test:
*For Sales Order follow the steps given in the issue.
*For purchase order this fields are enabled.

Root Cause:
*Before no condition are checked.

Impact:
*This will impact in the Purchase Order also.But both the cases are also tested.
