0000141: Identifiers for Bank Accounts are wrong

Description

On previous releases, Bank Accounts included Bank Name as part of the identifiers. On R2.40.3795 only account number is displayed, so in windows like Remittances if you do not remember which number is which bank you cannot select an account.

Proposed solution:
On Application Dictionary, on C_BankAccount table, columns C_Bank_ID and DisplayedAccount should have the check "Identifier". The others columns should not.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a Bank and a Bank Account
2. Create Remittances. Take a look to Bank Account selector. Only the Bank Account number is displayed. In case I had more than one, I will need to memorize numbers to remember which bank correspond.
