When an organization is made inactive and the organization was made inactive in the role access, you can still select the warehouse (in some case) and the storage bins that were set up specifically for that organization.
enter with Openbravo Admin role
Create a warehouse for organization B11 with a storage bin related to that warehouse
General Setup || Enterprise || Organization || Organization
change organization B11 to inactive
General Setup || Security || Role || Role select Openbravo admin
change access to organization B11 to inactive
Sales Management || Transactions || Goods Shipment || Header
You can't select warehouse for B11 in the header, but you can select storage bin related to the warehouse in B11 in the lines
Warehouse Management || Transactions || Physical Inventory || Header
the warehouse for org B11 is still selectable
Warehouse Management || Transactions || Goods Movements || Header >> Lines
here you can still select the storage bins in org B11 aswell
....
