add in filter window, a combo of organization, and add in results, a new column with organization of record

The organization filter has been on purpose NOT included in the cashflow forecast, as it should remove transactions from the forecast. The financial account combo is filtered with those which user has access to access to. Then, all the transactions (invoices, payments and financial account transactions) are shown in the report, to calculate the actual forecast, and not a partial one.
