0013715: Need tangible functions for "Price includes Tax" check box in Price List

Description

In Japan, for SMB companies, especially for B2C businesses, SO line prices are tax-inclusive prices. Whereas for B2B businesses, mostly tax-exclusive prices are used.

From Apr. 2004, tax-inclusive price for B2C businesses is a government regulation. Please translate the link below.

Hence we need tangible functions for "Price includes Tax" check box in Price List, when Openbravo calculate tax and AP/AR amounts.

Japanese Consumption tax is basically 5% VAT, hence I believe that European countries should have similar business needs. Without core functionality, we likely need to do fairly big add-on and/or modification developments.
