Error: Organization main is missing in the organization combo box (in fact organization which are marked as Summary level are missing in the combo box)

Fixes issue 13677: Organization main missing in Generate shipment process window

Reference Search Key is removed for the column AD_Org_ID in order to resolve the issue

Steps to test:

1. Log on to Openbravo with 'Openbravo Admin' role
2. Go to Sales Management || Transactions || Sales Order
3. Create and complete new Sales Order for organization Main
4. Click "Generate Shipments" process
4. Verify if Organizations available in the combobox
