Summary0013569: [NewCr] Strange warning message when installing a module
DescriptionSituation:

Module A exist in CR with version 0.0.1, 1.0.4
Module B exist in CR with version 0.0.0 (dep on A >=0.0.0) and version 1.0.0 (dep on A >=1.0.0)

Locally installed Module A version 1.0.4

Now trying to install module B via CR (in install Module popup shows module B 1.0.0) however also shows a non-translated strange error message (see screenshot)

Note: accdeptest1 in the screenshot refers to module B here
Note: 12345...* module in screenshot refers to module A here
