Summary0013568: [NewCR] Error message shown on dependency problem while installing a module should be improved.
DescriptionSituation.
CR: has for a module A the version 0.0.1, 1.0.4

locally installed is version 1.0.4 of Module A

Now try to install a module B from CR with has a dependency on module A (startversion: 0.0.0, endversion: <none>) (which is implicitely all minor versions inside same major version 0)

Error message shown in this case is:
B depends on module A 0.0.0+ but is not found in Central Repository.

Which is first not correct, and second not helpful to the user.
