| Description | I have installed Quickstart in core MP17. When scanning for updates I get several new updates to install. But when I click the "Install updates now" link only one update is about to be installed. See steps.

fixed bug 13535
-Don't hide updates inside packs/templates to show in the install popup
-Proper management of module/template/package order management (included core as category)
-When setting version to update, don't use pointer but move that version to the latest position in the list
