Summary0013528: [NewCR] in ModuleList the module description has broken special characters
DescriptionThe module description of some modules in the ModuleList page shows broken non-ascii characters for some modules.

However the module name in the moduleversion page of the same module has the name correctly.

Steps To Reproducehttp://forge.openbravo.com/openbravo/moduleslist [^]
Search for module name 'academy module'
See that module description is not correct w.r.t. special chars
When looking up the module version details, the name is correct there
