DescriptionError in Trial Balance Report. Begining balance is always 0.
Steps To ReproduceCheck account 57000 in General Ledger Reports from 18/10/2006 to 18/10/2006. Final balance is not 0.
Check account 57000 in General Ledger Reports from 19/10/2006 to 19/10/2006. Begining balance is 0, but it'd be the final balance.

This error is not reproducible in 2.50 because there is a new Trial Balance Report that does not have this problem. The related issue that creates this new report is 11689.
