0013483: Role System Administrator visible in Entity Roles
When accessing Role window with an user that:
1) Belongs to an organization of this newly created role.
2) Has access to Role window.

He can see but not modify System Administrator role.
1) Run an Initial Client Setup http://wiki.openbravo.com/wiki/ERP/2.50/Configuration_Manual/Modeling_your_enterprise#Setting_up_a_client [^]
2) Log with new Client Admin role.
3) Navigate to Role window and list all the records.

Should System Administrator role be displayed there?

This is not an issue. The table is defined as System/Client. You have several examples like that in Unit of measure window, etc...
