Summary0013386: It is possible to delete a Scheduled process
DescriptionIn Process Request window, I can delete a scheduled process. This is not correct, I only could delete not scheduled processes.
Steps To Reproduce1. Enter as a client admin
2. Go to General Setup > Process Scheudling > Process Request
3. Create a new process request and schedule it
4. Try to delete it. The record is deleted.
Proposed SolutionDo not allow Scheduled deletion

Fixes issue 13386: Fixed trigger on AD_PROCESS_REQUEST table
The on delete trigger was checking the word 'Schedule' but in the
table is stored 'SCH' (scheduled) and 'MIS' (misfired).
