Notification about pack / template being commercial while attempting to install it on a community instance is missing main point because it does not tell that the module (pack / template) is commercial but only mentioning about it for the included in Pack / Template modules.

Steps To Reproduce

live.builds.openbravo.com

Try to install Spanish Professional Loc. Pack or Quick Start.

You´ll get an information about dependent commercial modules but not about Pack being commercial (see attach).

Proposed Solution

At first hand notify that the module itself is commercial.
