Summary0013041: In new Property configuration windows: editing a row to have selected ='Y' always fails
DescriptionIf you edit an existing entry in property configuration to set the 'selected' column this always fails with the error message:

      
ERROR: invalid input syntax for type timestamp: "."
Steps To ReproduceCreate a new module, set is as indevelopment
goto general setup -> Property configuration
Create a new entry for any property, lave selected as unchecked, save
now set selected property and save
The save action fails

Tested insert/updates/deletes on the ad_property_configuration table on both oracle and postgres. Working fine now
