Summary0013035: Wrong Read-only fields on Make Payment and Receipt Payment windows
DescriptionMake Payment and Receipt Payment windows have many read only fields when a new payment is being created. Those fields should become read only only when the payments are processed.
Steps To Reproducego to "Procurement Management || Transactions || Make Payment || Header" and create a new record.

Only Document Type and Currency should be read only on Payment Pending status. When the payment is processed all fields should be read only.
