DescriptionFIN_GEN_PAYMENTSCHEDULE_ORD and FIN_GEN_PAYMENTSCHEDULE_ORD extension point procedures shouldn't be on core but on the advanced payables and receivables module.
Steps To Reproduce
Proposed SolutionTake out from core the procedures and move to the mentioned module the Extension point setup records and rename them with module's prefix.

Fixes issue 12957. Removed procedures that belong to the Advanced Payables and Receivables module.
