Steps To Reproduce-Go to Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Transactions || Bank Statement || Header
-Create a new bank statement
-Click on the create field from button
-On the popup opened fill the Proposed field.
-You will see that this field is not properly formated. The length of the field
is only 8, so you can not insert a value as
123456,79
but you can add more than 2 decimals or not decimals.

This field should be as the rest of the fields of the application used to fill amounts.
