DescriptionYou can create a DB prefix with lowercase letters if this prefix has not the letter 'a'
Steps To Reproduce-As System Administrator go to Application Dictionary || Module
-Create a new record, set 'in development', go to DB Prefix
-Name: prueba, save
-This error appears:

Not valid DB Prefix. DB Prefix must contain only upper alpha numeric characters and it must start with an alphabetic character.

-Name: prueb, save
