Summary0012709: When clicking the Logout button, 2 posts requests are made to the server
DescriptionWhen you click the Logout button, there are 2 POST requests made to the server. This could break some authentication managers.
Steps To Reproduce* Enable access log in the tomcat server
* Login into the application
* Logout (check that 2 post requests are made to /security/Logout.html)
Proposed Solution* Just make 1 request when clicking the Logout button

Fixes issue 12709: Reverted change in menuQuit. Breaks selenium tests.

Tested in pi/oracle/ff3.6, rev: 6ba00074e974. Logout only sends one request now. Also tested that mouse+keyboard-navigation and the menu-related shortcuts still work fine.
