Summary0012684: Initial client setup window - wrong handling of reference data selection
DescriptionIn the Initial Client Setup window, the available reference data is not properly handled

In my system for instance, I have the Professional Spanish Localization Pack and the installed. That means that there are 8 reference data sets available for selection (see screenshot).

The selection list works well for the first 4 only. This means that I can enable / disable the first 4 reference data sets.

After that, the wrong behavior kicks in:
1) If I select the 5th entry, the first one is modified
2) If I select the 6th entry, the second one is modified
3) If I select the 7th entry, it works OK
4) If I select the 8th entry, it works OK.

Raising priority as this affects the first configuration step of Professional Editions customers (at least in Spain).

In MP13 this issue appears but it cannot be reproduced in pi. There has been fixes in this panel that would also fix this one. Check for example the related issue 12356.
