Summary0012679: Incorrect sorting of organization in Balance Sheet and P&L structure report
DescriptionIn the Balance Sheet and P&L structure screen to launch the corresponding report, there is a drop down list that presents the list of organizations.

The list is not sorted in alphabetical order, making it very hard for users to find the right organization.
Steps To Reproduce1) Navigate to Financial Management / Accounting / Analysis Tools / Balance sheet and P&L structure
2) In the window choose Accounting Schema and Accounting Report
3) Open the Organization drop down

You need an instance with several organizations to appreciate the impact of this problem.
In case of doubt, you can have a look at OB @ OB.

Fixes issue 12679: Incorrect sorting of organization in Balance Sheet and P&L structure report.
Now the organizations are sorted by name first
