Steps To ReproduceCreate and complete the invoice
Then click reactivate button,
System shows below error message
"Error: Another Process for this record is active, please unlock it"

This issue is known. We have to change the Extension Point for invoices. currently it only deletes the Scheduled Payments, but it has to also update/delete the Scheduled Payment Details.
