Summary0012497: Active property should have default value == true if no explicit default is defined
DescriptionThe active property for entities in the data access layer should default to true if no explicit default value has been specified.

Currently if no explicit value is defined then the default value of an active column/property is false in the data-access-layer. This results in un-expected behavior for people using the data access layer.
