0001249: Ambigous behavior of Installation last step
Description:
The last step of Openbravo installation process is a message of "Launch Openbravo after finish installation", when checked, it shows a warning message "The Tomcat must be restarted before using Openbravo", but it launchs the application anyway.

Enviroment:
OS: Windows XP SP2
DB: Oracle
Browser: FF2
Openbravo: 2.30 Alpha
Language: English

Steps:
1. Install Openbravo 2.30 alpha with all default parameters
2. On last step, check "Launch Openbravo" check
3. A warning message "Restart Tomcat before use Openbravo" pops up
4. Accept the message
5. Openbravo is launched anyway

The operation of restarting tomcat server is not controlled by the installer so the installer can't ensure it is done. But the message is completely clear.
