DescriptionI've installed Hello World! in MP12RC and after rebuild, in the Module window I see the "In Development" check marked.
Steps To ReproduceSimply install Hello World! module in MP12RC. After rebuild, go to Module window. You will see that In Development is marked.

Fixed issue 12489. Modules will no longer be set as 'in development' when they are being installed.
