Summary0012488: When there are attachemnts for more than 31998 documents it is not possible to create new ones
DescriptionAs the Openbravo stores attachments in flat directory structure it is not possible to create attachments for more than 31998 documents when the attachments are stored on ext3 file system.

Steps To ReproduceTry to create attachments for 32000 documents.
Proposed SolutionMake the attachments store hierarchical but retain backwards compatibility with the existing attachments.

Changing to 'design defect'. The risk of introducing a regression is too high if we fix it without deep testing.
In the test plan we should include the upgrade for older releases. e.g 2.50 - 3.0
