Error launching work requirement and material requisitions from MRP because the work requirements and material requisitions created are only read (with organization *)

Steps To Reproduce

-As Openbravo Admin go to Production Management || Setup || Activity and create a new record.

-Go to Production Management || Transactions || Process Plan
-Create a new record (Organization: Main; Name: PP)
-Save and create a new Version:
      - Starting Date: 19-02-2009
      - Ending Date: 31-12-9999
-Save and create a new Operation, save and go to I/O Products.
-Create 2 records:
      - Block of wood (without stock) --> (P-) --> Quantity: 10
      - Wood Slice (without stock) --> (P+) --> Quantity: 20

-Go to Material Requirement (MRP) || Setup || Planning Method
-Create a new record (Organization: Main; Name: MRP Method)
-Save and go to lines:
-Create 5 records, one for each Transaction Type, and save.

-Go to Material Requirement (MRP) || Setup || Planner
-Create a new record (Organization: Main; Name: MRP Planner) and save.

-Go to Master Data Management || Product.
-On Block of wood, go to Purchasing:
     - Minimum Order Qty: 50
     - Purchasing Lead Time: 3
     - Quantity Type: Exact
     - Capacity: 5000
-Go to Org Specific:
     - Organziation: Main.
     - Planner: MRP Planner
     - Planning Method: MRP Method
     - Minimum Lead Time: 7
     - Safety Stock: 1

-Save and go to Wood Slice, Process Plan: PP, check 'Sale'
-Go to Price:
     - Price List Version: Sales 2006
     - Prices: 3
-Go to Org Specific:
     - Organization: Main
     - Planner: MRP Planner
     - Planning Method: MRP Method
     - Capacity: 150
     - Min. Quantity: 1
     - Quantity Type: Exact
     - Minimum Lead Time: 7
     - Safety Stock: 1
     - Standard Quantity: 1

-Go to Sales Management || Transactions || Sales Order and create a new record.
-Go to lines:
     - Product: Wood slice.
     - Quantity: 750.
-Go back to the Header and Complete.

-As Openbravo Admin and Organization: Main, Go to Material Requirement (MRP) || Transactions || Manufacturing Plan.
-Create a new record:
     - Name: Manufacturing Plan.
     - Document Date: 03-03-2010
     - Time Horizon: 90
     - Safety Lead Time: 2
     - Planner: MRP Planner
     - The rest of the fields: Empty.
-Save
-Click 'Process Manufacturing Plan'
-Realize that a Suggested Material Requisition and a Suggested Work Requirement have been created.

-As Openbravo Admin and Organization: *, Go to Material Requirement (MRP) || Transactions || Manufacturing Plan
-Select Manufacturing Plan.
-Click Generate Material Requisition, go to the Requisiton created and verify that it is only read.

-Go back to Manufacturing Plan.
-Click Generate Work Requirements, go to the Work Requirement created and verify that it is only read.
