DescriptionWhen I try to execute the process "Create Sales Order from Project Phase" (Project & Service Management || Transactions || Multiphase Project || Multiphase Project >> Project Phase )

I have this error "Error null value in column "c_tax_id" violates not-null constraint"
Steps To Reproduce1. Create a new organization, OrgA.
2. Create a new multiphase project, complete all the required data and launch the Generate Orders process (on the project phase tab).
3. A message "null value in c_tax_id column violates the not null constraint" is shown. See attach.
Proposed SolutionI don´t know how to resolved this, in the last issue (https://issues.openbravo.com/view.php?id=7820 [^]) the admin have to configure the locations for organizations correctly but in this case my locations are correct

I don´t know how to resolved this, too.

The locations are correct.
When I delete the locations, It generate order but with number reference NULL.

It worked.

The problem was that the Localization Pack version 1.30 had TAX BUGS for Spain.

I installed the 1.42. And all ok
