0012243: Error message when installing a module that doesn't follow the naming rules
An error message appears when you install a module that does not follow the naming convention rules.
It looked like that there was a brief explanation after all saying that in fact this wasn't an error but in the future it was going to be and now it isn't

Fixed issue 12243. A message which better explains the situation to common users after a non-validation-complying module has been installed in the system will always be shown, independent of whether you are compiling through command line or application.
