Hi Suresh,

This worked for me:
* Navigate to Master Data Management || Product Setup || Attribute Set and create a new record:
** Name = Size & Color
** In Assigned Attribute create two new records:
*** Attribute = Size
*** Attribute = Color
* Navigate to Master Data Management || Product and create a new product:
** Name = Product A
** Attribute Set = Size & Color
* Create a new product:
** Name = Product B
** Attribute Set = Size & Color
* Edit again Product A:
** Attribute Set Value = Medium Green
** Use Attribute Set Value As = Default
* Navigate to Bill of Materials tab and create a new record:
** Product = Product B
** Quantity = 2
* Create some stock for Product B in Warehouse Management || Transactions || Physical Inventory:
** Name = Addition of 50 Product B
** Navigate to Lines:
*** Product = Product 2
*** Attribute Set Value = Large Pink
*** Quantity Count = 50
** Go back to the header and click on Process Inventory Count button.
* Navigate to Warehouse Management || Transactions || Bill of Materials Production
** Name = Manufacture 10 Product A
** Navigate to Production Plan:
*** Product = Product A
*** Quantity = 10
** Navigate back to the header and click for the first time the Create/Post Production button.
** Navigate to Production Plan > I/O Products
*** Product A has Attribute Set Value = Medium Green (since it was the default one). Change it to Large Black and save. Quantity = 10
*** Select for Product B select Attribute Set Value = Large Pink (the one that you have in stock) and save. Quantity = -20
** Navigate back to header and click for the second time the Create/Post Production button.
** Navigate again to Production Plan > I/O Products
*** Product A keeps Attribute Set Value = Large Black.
*** Product B keeps Attribute Set Value = Large Pink.
* Navigate to Warehouse Management || Analysis Tools || Stock Report:
** Select Product A and Product B products and click on HTML format and see values:
*** Product A: 10 Large Black
*** Product B: 30 Large Pink
