Summary0012131: API check shouldn't fail for new mandatory columns with default value
DescriptionAPI check fails in case there's a new mandatory column without onCreateDefault defined.

Now dbsm uses the default value in case there's not onCreateDefault.

Proposed SolutionAPI check shouldn't fail for new mandatory columns with default value but without onCreateDefault.
