0012110: calculate automatically conversion rates in dimensional reports

Description

In system, exist a conversion rate of from currency "A" to currency "C", and exist conversion of from currency "C" to "B".

Currency of system is "C", and in dimensional report, currency of transaction is "A" and you select in currency filter B.

Then it is necesary to have a conversion rate from currency "A" to currency "B", but this conversion could be calculated with conversion from "A" to "C" and conversion from "C" to "B"

Steps To Reproduce

Currency of system is "C"
create conversion rate of from currency "A" to currency "C"
create conversion rate of from currency "C" to currency "B"
create invoice in currency "A"
execute invoice dimensional report, and select in currency filter "B"

Error is returned: does not exist conversion rate from currency "A" to currency "B"
