Summary0012098: Balance sheet shows subaccounts when Breakdown is selected
DescriptionIf Balance Sheet is executed, and as Account Level, Breakdown is selected, report shows as well subaccounts. And it should not.
Steps To ReproduceGo to Financial Management > Accounting > Analysis tools > Balance sheet and P&L structure Setup.
Create a new register (select * organization). Call it, "Balance sheet". Check "Balanced" and select "Periodic" as Report type.
Go to Grouping category. Create a new register. Call it Asset.
Go to Node tab. Create a new register. Call it Asset. As Account Element, select "A-Activo" (if Spanish COA is used).
Go back to Grouping category. Create a new register. Call it Liability.
Go to Node tab. Create a new register. Call it Liability. As Account Element, select "P-Pasivo" (if Spanish COA is used).
Go to Financial Management > Analysis tools >Balance sheet and P&L structure. Select an Accounting Schema, the Accounting report created previously. as Organization, select "Main"; and as Account Element, "Breakdown".
Select as Year and Reference Year, "2006".
Press "PDF Format"

I generated Balance Sheet and PL reports at various levels. And herewith i have attached those reports in a tar.gz file.

I could see there are some differences between those reports generated at various levels.

Please find the highlighted differences between the reports generated at Breakdown and Subaccount levels.

Hi,

There are diferences between all reports. However, GeneralAccountingReports_Breakdown_level.pdf still shows subaccounts.
To check it, select "Show Account codes" when executing the report.
IE, 41090 will be shown.
If you go to Account Tree, and search this account, you will check that it is a subaccount.

Hello,

I have attached one PDF Report named "GeneralAccountingReports_3rd_March_2010.zip" which contains the PDF report with Account Level as "Breakdown".

Could you please tell me where you are seeing the sub-account details in the pdf report document. Which will help us to fix this issue. Kindly provide us the detailed information like on which page of the pdf document(the new attachment) you are seeing the sub account details when you execute the report with Breakdown level.
