Steps To Reproduce1. Use a Professional Subscription MP10
2. Scan for updates and get last Quickstart
3. Rebuild the system
4. Once finished, uninstall Quickstart
5. When rebuilding uninstallation, you get a warning message saying that Core has changed since last update.database.

This issue is no longer reproducible because the rebuilding process no longer shows the message.
