0011990: When uninstalling a template, I got a warning about changed columns

Description

When uninstalling QuickStart, I got a warning regarding some rows changed since last update.database or export.database. But the message is not correct. See steps.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Use a Professional Subscription MP10
2. Scan for updates and get last Quickstart
3. Rebuild the system
4. Once finished, uninstall Quickstart
5. When rebuilding uninstallation, you get a message saying that Core has changed since last update.database. That is not correct, since I have done nothing but install/uninstall QuickStart
