Summary0011952: Roles data sets are not applied just the formats
DescriptionWhen you apply the datasets roles for QS 1.3, these roles are not applied but the formats.

Just to inform that the module contains two datasets and that's the problem
Steps To ReproduceInstall MP10
Install QS 1.3
Create a client
Create an org
Go to General setup->enterprise->enterprise module management
Select The dataset Quick start dataset
Click OK

The roles have not been created and this is wrong
