DescriptionAccessing from Internet When there are > 20.000 accounts account tree popup takes more than 10 minutes loading.
Steps To ReproduceImport > 20.000 accounts

Go to Financial Management || Accounting || Setup || Account Tree || Element >> Element Value
click on the tree icon.

fixed issue 11914: Platform problems with Account tree

  The fix includes:
    -Refactor of the way trees are composed in the backend (WindowTree.java)
    -Small improvements in the javascript process of the received tree
    -Hardcode identifier for element value tree (vale + name)

Now account tree popup takes only few seconds for loading. Tested & Working fine.
