Summary0011910: Error when installing SPLP 1.2 from a fresh MP10
DescriptionIt seems that it tries to add a PK to the C_COUNTRY and because already exists gives you a warning but in the details box gives you an error.
In order to publish SPLP 1.2 we don't want to have any errors

Fixed issue 11886. Fixed issue 11910. Primary Keys will not be recreated twice if there is more than one module which modifies the same table.
