0011817: Copy Product Template displays error in Simple Sales Order

Description

In Simple Sales Order, when using Copy Product Template you get the following error message in PostgreSQL:
function c_gettax(character varying, timestamp without time zone, character varying, character varying, numeric, character varying, character varying, character) does not exist

Steps To Reproduce

1) Navigate to Business Partner Millman
2) Navigate to Product Template tab and create a new record:
* Product = Shields
* Quantity = 3
* Template Type = Both
3) Navigate to Simple Sales order and create anew one:
* Business Partner = Millman
4) Click on Copy Product Template and then on OK.

You get the following error message in PostgreSQL:
function c_gettax(character varying, timestamp without time zone, character varying, character varying, numeric, character varying, character varying, character) does not exist
