Summary0011805: Restart servelt container option doesn't do anything
DescriptionThe option to restart the servlet container after installing a new module just closes the pop up and refreshes the screen.

Severity is minor because if you click the Restart tomcat link that appears, the pop up is reopened and this time it works.
Steps To Reproduce# Login as user with system admin role (Openbravo/openbravo)
# Navigate to module management General Setup || Application || Module Management || Module Management
# Move to Add modules tab
# Click the Browse File System button and select hello world 1.0.4 obx file. This file will cause a warning.
# complete the installation procedure
# Navigate to Installed modules tab
# Click rebuild now
# Click Ok
# Select restart servlet container option
# Click continue
Proposed SolutionEnable the execution of restart from the first popup.

Fixed issue 11805. Tomcat restart will work again on the rebuild window.
