Summary0011790: Module taxes: It needs to have a dependency with Region module
DescriptionThe module taxes does not work in mp10 because you need to have the regions before. Because of not having this the module crashes when you try to apply the taxes
Steps To Reproduce1. Login as Openbravo/openbravo
2. Go to General setup->Application->Module management console
3. Install the Spanish taxes
4. It won't install at the same time the regions for Spain.This is wrong

The regions for Spain should be installed at the same time than the taxes one
