You can not have access to all the roles without having to switch roles.

-Create a user with two roles.
-Login as the new user.
-You only can navigate role by role

In this moment, with your user, you can't navigate through all your roles' windows.

OK, thanks for the clarification.

In any case, I think that the current approach is a good one, in order not to create confusions in the user.

What I would prefer is an easier switch between your roles (with a keyboard shortcut or directly changing the value of a combo without having to open the user window and clicking OK).

Having access to all the capabilities of your roles would also bee interesting but:
1) I would not do it by default, having to select it consciously.
2) Have to be careful with organizations this role is attached to.

We looked into this some time ago and we decided it was not a good idea as roles are not just a way to identify sets of windows but have other capabilities associated to them including client access, organization access and various preferences.
