Summary0011766: Can't expand Account tree
DescriptionWhen create an Organization from Initial Organization Setup the account tree of the new Organizacion don't show all nodes in the Tree, but these nodes exist in C_ELEMENTVALUE table.

It happens using the last .csv file from sourceforge and using Spanish Localization Pack from de repository.
Steps To Reproduce- Install Spanish Localization Pack
- Go to Initial Organization Setup
- Check Include Accounting, Currency Euro, Acct dimensions Product and Business Partner and select either PGC General 2007 or PGC Pymes.
- Press OK
- Logout
- Login
- Go to Financial Management > Accounting > Setup > Account Tree
- Select the Tree of the new Organization.
- Go to Element Tab.
- Click on the Tree icon.
- Notice that there are only 5 folders and you can not expand.

Only with Organization * The tree is shown correctly

Also order of the import is not correct: nodes must be in the same order than in the csv file.

The issue is still present in organizations that were created before. Not only with new organizations
