More details from the chat room:

14:30 < rbs-develop> we have a problem to change then decimal format, can someone help us?
14:35 <@ iarwain> rbs-develop: you mean using , instead of dots?
14:36 < rbs-develop> yes for decimal ',' and for grouping '.'
14:37 < rbs-develop> the first we have edit the format.xml
14:37 <@galderromo> you should have a look to format.xml file on your config folder
14:37 <@galderromo> right
14:38 <@ iarwain> rbs-develop: it can be changed in the reports, but afaik you have to use the dot when entering data
14:38 < rbs-develop> hmm, yes that is the exactly problem
14:39 < rbs-develop> the reports and edit masks seems ok
14:40 < rbs-develop> but when i will save than cames a error "The text typed is not a number" (e.g. 25,50)
14:43 < rbs-develop> exists a solution for this?
14:46 <@ iarwain> It's not possible at the moment. But this definitely should be implemented.
14:48 <@ iarwain> I suggest you to file a bug report in sourceforge.

We have opened a thread in the Open Discussion tracker in order to collect the opinion of our community about this problem. We hope to find the best solution and in the future, we expect to create a "Feature request" with the conclusions obtained.

Currently we only accept the '.' character as the numeric decimal separator because is the default numeric separator of the browser and the web.
