Summary | 0011674: Display the message after changing the configuration of heartbeat in the same window. |
Description | When you change the status of heartbeat (disabled<->enabled), a popup is shown with the result message. |
Steps To Reproduce | Go to General Setup | Application | Heartbeat configuration.
Click the enable/disable button. |
Proposed Solution | It would be better to show the message in the same window instead of opening a popup, just as is done in most of the other process windows.
This would improve consistency and remove an unnecessary window.
And both things would ease automation. |

@elopio:
This change can be implemented, but the pop-up window is necessary, is the way we have to call processes, eg. posting an invoice, etc, you'll always get a pop-up window when executing the process. |

I didn't know that the pop up was necessary.
On those processes like posting an invoice the pop up shows a confirmation message, right?
What about showing on the pop up a confirmation, and the message in the main window? This would make it consistent.
It might be weird to add a confirmation message to the heartbeat process.
On the other hand, the number of clicks would be the same.
