Summary0011647: Create AP Expense Invoices: Process button doesn't react

When pressing the process button in this screen, nothing happens.

I tried it in the live builds also and it didn't work there either.
Steps To ReproduceEnter an expense sheet for John Moneymaker for any product and any amount. Then go to the 'Create AP Expense Invoices' program to process the AP invoice.

This issue is duplicated of 0011465
