DescriptionYou can execute a report with mandatory field empty.

Just in cases of Jasper Reports, where a pop-up is used to enter parameters.
Steps To Reproduce-As System Administrato set Core 'In development', save
-As System Administrator go to Application Dictionary || Report and Process
-Select JR_ReportPurchaseOrder
-Go to parameter, chose Starting date
-Set 'Mandatory' and save.

execute: ant compile.development -Dtab=purchase
restart tomcat

-As Openbravo Admin go to Procurement Management || Analysis Tools || Purchase Order Report
-Realize that the field 'Starting Date' is obligatory. Without adding a date click ok
